Furore Fjord

An interesting walk along the ancient staircases that cross the territory of the village of Furore and lead to Fiord of Furore, a nature reserve located at the mouth of a valley carved over millennia by the river Schiato, descending from the mountains of Agerola. Today it retains the characteristic seaside village with houses of fishermen, monazzeni, where lived Roberto Rossellini and Anna Magnani during the filming of “Love”. A small museum on the beach still retains an old paper mill, a mill, and a drying room for the paper of Amalfi.
